When we brought in Nespon our backlog of work was overwhelming. They took us through a process that uncovered a ton of opportunities to improve our functionality, and security, at relatively low cost and on a tight timeline. Nespon has been a huge asset throughout our enterprise-wide data migration project. We had to manage migration from Oracle and SQL, which included the challenge of migrating from one source code to another, while keeping content management systems up and running. I feel that Nespon was the strongest choice we could have made to get it all done smoothly, from start to finish.

The global team at Nespon, both onsite and nearshore, really helped us get our initial (greenfield) Salesforce implementation for Sales, Service w/FSL, Experience, Commerce, Communities, Marketing and Comms Clouds. Giving us our wish-list that fit our budget and timeline. They have an exceptional understand of the Salesforce Ecosystems, with a unique offering in Revenue Intelligence that gave us visibility to all our data. The CEO and the board could not believe what they were getting.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nespon on several large projects in the telecommunications industry, which has become an extremely competitive industry. Cost cutting measures were required and Nespon’s IT solutions team, on-shore facility, and ability to assist in providing outstanding programming support helped us to be extremely economical and successful.

Nespon is a strategic partner and is doing a great job in the LATAM region. Not only do they provide us with experience in Salesforce Clouds and in business verticals, but they are also easy to work with. Even when Salesforce requests specific roles with specific experience and unique locations, they go the extra mile to grant candidates and this is really appreciable. The digitalization of tasks and the geolocation of field resources with Salesforce Field Service Lightning has allowed us to improve the effectiveness of the Emergency process in terms of priority assignment and response time. The traceability of documentation has enabled us to gain efficiency in the process and improve customer service. Customers can now make real-time inquiries about the progress and status of their procedures.
